For all attendees above the age of 2, it was mandatory to wear masks unless actively drinking or eating in the designated area. There was also a "mask break" area in the big game room. Also, we had to wait in a line for over an hour to show our proof of vaccination to get a yellow bracelet - which had to be worn at all times (going into the Vendor Hall, picking up tickets/badges at Will Call, attending events, etc.)
Granted, with masks it's never 100% compliance all the time. However, it was the best rate of any location I've visited in the past 2 years - far better than GaryCon, for instance.
They did have staff making rounds in the game areas to enforce the rule.
